Chennai: To ensure a safe and sanitised environment for customers, Ford India is going to prioritise convenience as its dealerships resume operations, in accordance to local guidelines.

According to a press release, Dial-A-Ford is what a customer would need to do to bring a Ford dealership to their doorstep. “The new approach incorporates enhanced engagement processes and policies related to both sales and service and will be centrally controlled via the helpline 1800-419-3000,” it said.

Customers will be able to experience all this at the convenience of their home, preferred location. Braving the lockdown, the two most luxurious models from BMW – the first-ever BMW 8 Series Gran Coupe and the first-ever BMW M8 Coupe were launched in India. Both models are available to order at all BMW dealerships.

“Building upon the dream car heritage, the first-ever BMW 8 Series Gran Coupe lives up to an uncompromising promise on every meter of asphalt. It is a sports car for four passengers. With its highly emotive, aesthetic design, superior dynamic ability and generous amount of interior space, this is the most luxurious sports coupe ever built by BMW,” a release said.

BMW has launched contactless experience for customers in view of Covid-19 and also announced special services for doctors.
