A new accommodation facility for devotees has been constructed in Tiruchendur, Thoothukudi district, at a cost of âč48.3 crore. This new development is located on the property of the Tiruchendur Subramaniya Swamy Temple, which is visited by thousands of devotees each year.
In addition to the accommodation facility, a number of other infrastructure projects have been completed, including a âč10 crore offering hall for devotees to donate their hair, âč6 crore worth of sanitation facilities, and a âč4 crore water storage tank and pumping station with a capacity of 7.5 lakh liters. In total, these projects have been completed at an expenditure of âč68.3 crore.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin inaugurated the newly built accommodation complex for devotees through video conferencing yesterday.
