The 117th birth anniversary of former Chief Minister Perarignar Anna was observed in Thanjavur on Monday. AMMK General Secretary T.T.V. Dinakaran paid floral tributes at Anna’s statue to mark the occasion.
Speaking to reporters later, Dinakaran said that an alliance including AMMK will definitely come to power in the next Assembly election. Confidently, he declared, “We will place the stamp and form the government.”
He made it clear that if Edappadi K. Palaniswami is projected as the Chief Minister candidate, AMMK will not accept it.
Dinakaran further stated that the party is strong, determined, and fully prepared to play a key role in forming the next government.
