The highly awaited film Arasan, starring Silambarasan TR, has officially begun shooting with a pooja ceremony in Kovilpatti near Madurai. Directed by Vetrimaaran, the film features a stellar cast including Vijay Sethupathi, Samuthirakani, Andrea Jeremiah, and Kishore.Produced by Kalaipuli S. Thanu under V Creations, the first schedule will run for 20 days. Set in the expanding Vada Chennai Universe, the film marks the first collaboration between Silambarasan TR, Vetrimaaran, and composer Anirudh Ravichander, heightening expectations.
With its announcement video already breaking records, Arasan is shaping up to be one of Indian cinema’s most anticipated large-scale projects.
