Chennai, Aug 3:
Honda Cars India Ltd. reported total sales of 8,284 units in July 2026, including 6,014 units in domestic sales and 2,270 units in exports. The company recorded a strong 48% growth in domestic sales compared to July 2025, when it sold 4,050 units locally and exported 3,474 units.
Commenting on the performance, Kunal Behl, Vice President – Marketing & Sales, said the growth reflects rising customer interest across Honda’s portfolio. He highlighted the positive response to the new Honda City and the recently launched Honda ZR-V, while models like the Honda Elevate and Honda Amaze continue to perform steadily.
The company remains optimistic about sustaining this momentum, especially with the upcoming festive season, supported by its strengthened product lineup and customer-focused initiatives.
