Direct tax collections for 2023-24, as on June 17, stood at Rs 3,79,760 crore, compared to Rs 3,41,568 crore in the corresponding period of the last fiscal, representing an increase of 11.18 per cent.
India reports 1,946 Covid-19 cases
India recorded 1,946 new cases of the novel coronavirus in the past 24 hours. According to the data shared by the Union Health Ministry on Wednesday (October 19), the total recovery rate reached at around 98.76 per cent and total recoveries data reached to 4,40,79,485.
