Deviation in the performance of the Cryogenic Upper Stage (CUS) about 297.3 secs after lift off led to the failure of the GSLV-F10/EOS-03 Mission on 12 August last year, the National Level Failure Analysis Committee (FAC) constituted by the Indian Space Research Organsiation (ISRO) said in its report.
