The Indian Railways’ catering service provider, Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has recently taken measures to improvise the quality of food it serves to its passengers.
Senior IRCTC officials said they cannot be held responsible for the food’s quality ordered through such apps. IRCTC had also issued a similar warning last year.
