Chennai: After completing the shoot of Balaji Mohan’s Maari 2, there were reports that Dhanush will start working on his second directorial venture which will have him playing the lead.
Now, we hear that the actor has decided to put the film on hold and work on another which will be produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu.
A source in the know of things says, “Dhanush will be teaming up with director Ramkumar of Mundasupatti fame before working on his directorial venture. However, the actor will announce it officially only after completing the post-production of Maari 2.”
It is also worth noting that Ramkumar has completed shooting for his second film, Raatchasan, which has Vishnu Vishal in the lead.
