Close on the heels of completing gangster thriller Vada Chennai, Enai Nokki Paayum Thota and Maari 2, Dhanush is now busy with his directorial venture.
Sources say that upon completing the film, he would start to shoot for a movie that would be helmed by Mundassupatti Ram Kumar.
Ram Kumar is eagerly waiting for the release of his next psycho-horror thriller Ratsasan starring Vishnu Vishal, the film will hit the screens on 5 October.
The latest update is that Ram Kumar has confirmed that he will be directing Dhanush in 2019. The director also revealed that the film will have fantasy elements.
Sources say that Kalaipuli S Thanu will be bankrolling the film, the producer also signed two more films with Dhanush.
