Puducherry: Prime Minister Narendra Modi Tuesday lauded Chief Minister V Narayanasamy for his efforts to implement the ‘Clean India’ campaign in Puducherry.
“Kudos to Narayanasamy ji for leading from the front and inspiring others to strengthen the movement to clean India,” Modi tweeted, a day after a video of Narayanasamy volunteering to desilt a roadside drainage at Nellithope went viral.
Narayanasamy removed silt from the drainage using a shovel yesterday. The Office of the Chief Minister shared Modi’s twitter message with the media through WhatsApp.
