Chennai: Despite two bins in place, a section of residents of Bhuvaneswari Nagar in Hasthinapuram, in the city suburb are seen to be disposing household waste haphazardly on the streets.
While people living here complain of a stench, stray dogs feast upon the waste and scatter the garbage around, making the entire place messy.
