Bhopal: According to latest reports, the Congress is leading in 116 seats in Madhya Pradesh, the number of seats required to form the government.
The BJP is leading in 99 constituencies with the BSP leading in seven.
Earlier, the BJP and Congress were leading in 100 seats each. This continues to be a closely fought contest in the 230-strong Assembly of Madhya Pradesh.
