Margazhi delays launch of Kamal’s ‘Indian-2’

Officially declared by Kamal Haasan himself as his last film, the shoot of Indian-2 is getting delayed.

The principal shoot of the actor-turned-politician and director Shankar combo’s magnum opus was supposed to begin on 14 December.

But as the set work of the film is yet to be completed, the team has decided to postpone the shoot to January.

It is also said by close sources that the team is not interested to shoot in Margazhi month, which is considered to be not a favourable occasion to begin any new project.

In the meantime, Kamal Haasan is also hitting the gym to get the desired physique for his role.

Among the actors, Kajal Aggarwal and Nedumudi Venu have been confirmed to play important roles in Indian 2 for which Anirudh Ravichander will be composing music and Ravi Varman will be cranking the camera. Indian 2 is likely to hit the screens on Pongal 2020.
