Chennai: After Chekka Chivandha Vaanam, ace filmmaker Mani Ratnam will produce a film that will be directed by his associate Dhana Sekaran and will have its music by Govind Vasantha of 96 and Seethakathi fame. Sources say that actor-composer GV Prakash has been approached to play the lead role.
The story of his production venture is a unique script that will cater to the audience across sections. GV Prakash is currently busy acting in Rajiv Menon’s Sarvam Thaala Mayam, 100 Per Cent Kaadhal, Jail, Watchman, Adangathey and Ayngaran.
Sources say that he will begin shooting for Mani Ratnam’s film by February.
