Chennai: TANGEDCO has announced that electricity supply will be suspended in few places in city on Wednesday, from 9 am to 5 pm for maintenance work.

According to a press release, the power supply will be resumed even before 5 pm if the works are completed. The power supply will be halted in the following areas.

Enjambakkam: Renganatha Avenue, Jughu Beach, Earden Garden, Rajan Garden, Aruna Farm and KKR Farm.

Chinnamalai: Rengarajapuram and Srinagar Colony.

Kottivakkam: AGS Colony (2nd street, 3rd street), Kuppam, Venkateshwara Nagar (18th & 19th Streets), Bajana Koil Street and Pillaiyar Koil Street.

Adyar: Jeevarathinam Nagar Main Road, 2nd Street Parameshwari Nagar, 5th & 6th Streets Padmanabha Nagar, Besant Avenue, Bridge Road Adyar, 1st Avenue and Sasthiri Nagar.

Besant Nagar: 1st Main Road, Besant Nagar, Beach Home Avenue (Main Road, 3rd Street), Dhamodhrapuram (Main Road, New Street).

Sasthiri Nagar: Thiruvalluvar Salai, 1st to 4th East Street, Valmiki Street, Sivasundara Avenue (1st & 2nd Streets).

Velacheri East & West: Part of Velacheri Tambaram Main Road, Bhuvaneswari Nagar, VGP Selva Nagar, Annai Indira Nagar, Nathan Subramanian Colony and Velacheri Railway Station Road, Tansi Nagar, Anna Nagar, Anna Nagar Extension, Annai Indira Nagar, VGP Selva Nagar & Extension, Balamurugan Street and Venus Colony.

Vetri Nagar: Vetri Nagar (part), Vetri Nagar Extn, Gopalapuram 1 -3 Streets, Ayyalu Street, Sivalingam Street, Thiyagarajan Street, Varadharajan Street, Govindasamy Street, Chandran Street and Kanniappan Street.
