Music director turned actor Vijay Antony will fight Osthe villain Sonu Sood and romance Mercury heroine Remya Nambeesan in his upcoming cop-action-thriller ‘Thamilarasan‘.
The movie directed by Babu Yogeswaran is progressing at a brisk pace. During the 15-day shoot in Chennai recently, scenes involving Vijay Antony-Remya and action scenes Vijay Antony-Sonu Sood were filmed. The film crew say stunt choreographer Anal Arasu has produced some high-octane action scenes.
The highlight of the movie is said to be a grand scene showcasing a protest by more than 1000 students filmed using four cameras simultaneously. Thamilarasan also stars Bhumika, Munishkanth, Robo Shankar, Yogi Babu, and director Mohan Raja’s son, Pranav in supporting roles.
Another highlight of the film is that it will have Isaignani Ilayaraja as the music director for the first time for Vijay Antony. The cinematography is handled by RD Rajasekhar. Produced by SNS Movies, Thamilarasan is said to be a big-budget film. Meanwhile, Vijay Antony also has Kolaigaaran and Agni Siragugal in the pipeline.
