Chennai: Commercial vehicle manufacturer Eicher has upgraded its medium duty range with a seven-speed transmission in the State.
The new transmission will be launched in seven models including the Pro 1110, Pro 1114XP, Pro 3012, etc. Eicher says with new new gear box it aims to optimise drivability, infuse fuel efficiency and productivity while reducing fatigue for the driver.
The maker says the superiority of its products is further enhanced as it has the highest payload in the 12 to 15T segment.
Eicher has also introduced 10 per cent more mileage assurance under fuel efficiency advantage promise in 12T~14T product range, while seven per cent mileage assurance in 15T range.
