A three-member team has been formed by State Health department to enquire the birth of twins for actress Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan (whether they have violated Indian surrogacy laws), sources say.
They add that explanation would be sought from the star couple.
The couple has been married for only four months. The babies were allegedly conceived through surrogacy. The couple is yet to make a statement on the matter.
