The Tamil Nadu School Education Department has officially announced the schedule for the half-yearly exams for students in Classes X to XII. According to the notification, the exams will commence on December 9, 2024.For higher secondary students (Classes XI and XII), the first exam will be for Tamil subjects, followed by English on December 10. The exams for major subjects will continue based on the subject streams, concluding by December 21.
For Class X students, the half-yearly exams are set to begin on December 10 and will run until December 23. The first exam for these students will be Tamil, followed by an exam for the optional language on December 11. Mathematics will be tested on December 16, Science on December 19, and Social Science will be held on December 23.
This exam schedule provides students with ample time to prepare for their board exams while maintaining a structured approach to their subject assessments.
