Tiruppur, Dec 5:Naam Tamilar Katchi (NTK) coordinator Seeman praised actor Vijay’s intent to assist people despite his inability to be physically present on the ground. Speaking at a press meet in Tiruppur, Seeman remarked, “Vijay is unable to be on the field due to certain issues. If he were to step out, the crowd gathered to see him would surpass the affected people, creating another challenge. Even though he cannot personally visit, his intention to help should be appreciated.”When asked about ministers celebrating Udhayanidhi Stalin’s birthday, Seeman said, “Udhayanidhi is distributing dhotis, shirts, rice, and lentils to people. This thought of helping others should be appreciated.”
Seeman also criticized the Union Government for failing to provide disaster relief funds. He highlighted that the primary revenue for the Union Government comes from states like Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, with Tamil Nadu being the second-largest contributor. “Why is the Union Government denying funds to Tamil Nadu? The actions of the Tamil Nadu government have also been submerged in the rainwater,” he said.
Seeman concluded by emphasizing the lack of security in Tamil Nadu and reiterated his call for addressing the pressing issues faced by the state.
