AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi K. Palaniswami (EPS) has firmly stated that there are no plans to bring back V.K. Sasikala or O. Panneerselvam (OPS) into the party. He also criticized the DMK government, calling it a chaotic administration where people live in uncertainty about their safety.
Speaking about the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections, EPS said that AIADMK would finalize its candidates only after the official announcement. He emphasized that ideology remains the party’s priority, while alliances are formed strategically to consolidate votes and defeat political opponents.
Targeting the ruling DMK and its allies, EPS accused them of failing to address key issues in Tamil Nadu, including law and order, corruption, and rising crime rates. He also took a dig at the Communist parties within the DMK alliance, claiming they remain silent on people’s struggles
