Tamil Nadu BJP President Nainar Nagendran said there is no plan for a meeting between Amit Shah and Anbumani Ramadoss during Shah’s visit to Madurai on June 8.He said the BJP has not interfered in PMK’s internal issues. Talks between Ramadoss and Anbumani are their own matter, he added.
Nagendran did not comment on whether S. Gurumurthy was acting on behalf of the BJP.
He said DMDK may join the BJP’s alliance. But other allies won’t attend the BJP’s Madurai event.
Nagendran said DMK fears Amit Shah, and that is why they are reacting strongly.
Amit Shah will visit the Meenakshi Temple, meet BJP leaders, and speak to party workers.
