Ravi Mohan turns producer with comedy entertainer BroCode


Tamil cinema star Ravi Mohan is all set to don a new hat with his upcoming film BroCode, not just as the lead actor but also as the producer. Marking his production debut under the banner Ravi Mohan Studios, the film promises to be a lively entertainer packed with slapstick comedy and vibrant characters. BroCode is helmed by director Karthik Yogi, known for his quirky storytelling in films like Dikkiloona and Vadakkupatti Ramasamy. Ravi Mohan will play a pivotal role in the film, while the versatile S.J. Suryah joins the cast in a prominent character role. The movie will also feature four leading female actors, whose names will be officially announced soon. The technical crew includes Kalaiselvan Sivaji, renowned for his cinematography in Por Thozhil, and Harshavardhan, the music composer behind acclaimed albums like Animal and Arjun Reddy. Pradeep E. Raghav takes charge of editing, while A. Rajesh handles art direction. Speaking about the project, director Karthik Yogi shared, “When I narrated the story to Ravi Mohan, he thoroughly enjoyed it and immediately agreed to produce it. The film is filled with humorous scenes and aims to provide a unique, fun-filled experience for the audience.” The film is scheduled to go on floors in September, with pre-production in full swing. With its energetic theme and experienced team, BroCode is shaping up to be a promising addition to Tamil cinema’s comedy genre.
