Actress Samyuktha, known for her roles in Vaathi and Bimbisara, has officially joined the cast of the upcoming pan-Indian film directed by Telugu filmmaker Puri Jagannadh. The announcement was made on Tuesday, adding to the buzz surrounding the project, which already features Vijay Sethupathi in the lead.The film, produced by Puri Jagannadh and Charmi Kaur under the Puri Connects banner, also stars Tabu and Kannada actor Duniya Vijay. Though details about the story and title are still under wraps, the film is expected to be a commercial entertainer with a wide release across languages.
Meanwhile, Samyuktha has an exciting slate ahead, including Ram with Mohanlal and Akhanda 2: Thaandavam alongside Nandamuri Balakrishna. Vijay Sethupathi, last seen in Ace, has upcoming projects like Train directed by Mysskin, and Thalaivan Thalaivi with Nithya Menen.
