Popular television personality Raju Jeyamohan is all set to make his big-screen lead debut with Bun Butter Jam, directed by Raghav Mirdath, releasing on July 18. The film explores the clash between Boomers and Gen Z with the tagline, “A game between Boomers and Gen-Z begins.”At a recent pre-release event, Raju opened up about the struggles of promoting a film amid tight schedules and procedural hurdles. He credited actor Vijay for supporting the film, saying, “His one phone call turned Tamil Nadu’s attention towards Bun Butter Jam. As a fan, I say—what would I have done without him?”
Featuring Aadya Prasad and Bhavya Trikha as the female leads, the film also stars Saranya Ponvannan, Charlie, Michael Thangadurai, and VJ Pappu. It is produced by Suresh Subramanian, with music by Nivas K Prasanna, cinematography by Babu Kumar IE, and editing by John Abraham.
