Bollywood star Raveena Tandon has officially joined Suriya’s next film, which will be directed by Venky Atluri and marks Suriya’s 46th movie as a lead actor.The announcement was made on Tandon’s 53rd birthday, with Sithara Entertainments welcoming her onboard and sharing their excitement.
The film, tentatively titled “Suriya 46”, is being produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas banners.
Music is composed by G.V. Prakash Kumar, cinematography by Nimish Ravi, and editing by Naveen Nooli.
The movie promises a grand release in summer 2026, and shooting is scheduled to begin at the end of May 2025.
Alongside Suriya and Raveena Tandon, the cast features Mamitha Baiju as the female lead, with Bhavani Sre and Radhika Sarathkumar in important roles.
Suriya was last seen in the film Retro, with another project titled
