Chennai: The formal reception to welcome acting President of the Republic of Mauritius, Paramasivum Pillay Vyapoory GOSK during his official visit to Chennai was hosted by honorary Consuls of EL Salvador and Mauritius recently.
Ambassador of Republic of El Salvador to India, Ariel Andrade Galindo, prominent members of the diplomatic community, Consul Generals from Russia, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Russia, Korea, Deputy High Commissioner of the UK Consul, Honorary Consuls from Zambia, Paraguay, Maldives, Angola, Seychelles were among those who attended the event, a press release said.
Honorary Consul of El Salvador Yashwanth K Venkataraman welcomed the gathering and Consul of Mauritius Ravi Raman proposed the vote of thanks.
