Chennai: Cinematographer-filmmaker Rajeev Menon, who made a comeback in Tamil cinema after two decades with Sarvam Thaala Mayam, is all set to direct his next.
He revealed on his Twitter that he has already started working on his fourth directorial venture, which will be completely different from his previous films. He wrote, “Coming shortly with a thriller.”
Sources say, “Rajeev Menon is currently working on the cast and crew of the film, and it will be finalised in the weeks’ time.’ His previous film, Sarvam Thaala Maayam, featuring GV Prakash in the lead, garnered mixed response from the audience. The story was about a mridangam maker’s son, who aspires to become a mridangam player.
