Hepzibah Institute of Heritage Conservation, MGR Nagar, is conducting a crash course on ‘Introduction to heritage conservation with special reference to metal objects’ from 26 April to 2 May.
According to a press release, the course covers basics of heritage conservation pertaining to all types of materials of the past especially metals. Institute director V Jeyaraj will handle most of the classes.
The participants will have to write a dissertation on a chosen title pertaining to the subjects of their course up to a minimum of 10 pages, besides writing an examination in the subject taught. Successful participants will be provided with a certificate of merit.
The last date for submitting the application form is 9 April.
