Hyderabad: A 24-year-old woman killed self by consuming pesticide in Hyderabad after a man pestered her to marry him.
The deceased had met the accused Rakesh Reddy on Monday and they had had an argument over the matter. The woman allegedy mixed pesticide in a drink and consumed it on Monday night, said media reports.
She was rushed to a hospital where she died Tuesday. A complaint has been registered by the woman’s father and the police have filed a case under various IPC sections, including 354D (stalking), against Rakesh. The police are on the look out for him.
