Chennai: With the lockdown diaries continuing to stir up a storm in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment, there are companies that strive their best to boost the morale of the employees. Here are some latest examples.

An organisation is certified as a great place to work if 70 per cent or more of its employee respondents should rate the organisation as a great workplace.

Great Place to Work Institute, in its list for the financial year 2021-2022, has certified Blue Dart as great place to work.

A statement said the organisation has launched a number of initiatives keeping the health and safety of its employees at the forefront of its operations while ensuring that all their teams across India feel stability on the work front.

Meanwhile, reinforcing its commitment towards gender and ability parity, KFC said it aims to increase the women workforce at their restaurants by 2X by 2024.

Likewise, the aim is to double the footprint of Special KFCs, operated by hearing and speech impaired team members, by 2024.

In addition, the brand would launch select, flagship Special KFCs across the country,
that provide an elevated KFC experience for specially-abled team members as well as customers.
