Chennai : The leadership row in the Opposition AIADMK in Tamil Nadu contunued with the interim GeneralSecretary Edappadi K.Palaniswami expelling former Rajya Sabha member and senior leader V.Maitreyan from the party foranti-party activities. Maitereyan has pledged his support to the expelled leader o.Panneerselvam, who staill claims to be the Coordinator of the party, leading to his expulsion.
In a statement here, Palaniswami said Maitreyan was expelled from the party for acting in a manner that caused despute the party and violating party disciplines.AIADMK cadres has been advised not to have any links with him, Palaniswami said in a release.
