CMDA organises workshop in city

Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA) has embarked on a transformative journey, shaping the Third Master Plan (2027-2046) for the sprawling 1189 sq km Chennai Metropolitan Area. Under the World Bank-assisted Tamil Nadu Housing and Habitat Development Project (TNHHDP), studies and public consultations have been conducted, engaging over 40,000 citizens to capture their aspirations. CMDA organized a sectoral workshop at Taj Connemara covering ‘Urban Growth & Housing’ and ‘Traffic & Transportation.’ Eminent leaders, transport and GCC officials also attended the meet. @@@@
