Chief Yajman of Ram temple consecration Narendra Modi entered Ram Temple premises carrying puja samagri for consecration ceremony. He performed rituals at the Shri Ram Janmaboomi Temple in Ayodhya.
Dressed in a golden kurta teamed up with a cream dhoti and patka, he walked into the sanctum sanctorum of the temple holding a silver umbrella on a folded red dupatta.The Prime Minister then took āsankalp’ for the consecration ceremony.
After chanting Vedic hymns, Modi offered flowers to the main deity alongside UP CM Yogi Adityanath and RSS chief Mohan Bhagawat.
The Prime Minister was observing a fasting prior to the pranaprathishta (consecration) of Lord Rama. Apple, banana, grapes, guava, pomegranate, and orange were the fruits that the PM had during his fast. He had tender coconut water too.
