As the 17th season of the IPL series gears up to kick off today at Chennai’s iconic Chepauk Stadium, fans are in for an enhanced match-day experience thanks to a thoughtful initiative by the transport department. Complimentary bus rides will be provided for fans making their way to the stadium, ensuring hassle-free transportation for cricket enthusiasts.

Starting three hours before the match, fans can avail themselves of free bus rides to Chepauk Stadium simply by presenting their IPL match tickets. This initiative aims to ease the burden of transportation logistics for spectators, allowing them to focus solely on enjoying the cricket action.

After the game concludes, complimentary rides will also be available on buses departing from Chepauk to various destinations for up to three hours. This ensures that fans can safely and conveniently return home after an exciting day at the stadium.

While the offer excludes city air-conditioned buses, free travel on regular city buses adds to the excitement for fans, making it easier for them to access the stadium without any additional cost.
