The Ultimate Table Tennis returns for its fifth season on August 22 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Chennai, with eight teams competing for the title.

The league was established in 2017 and held its first season at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Indoor Stadium in Mumbai.

Currently, no team has won the title more than once, and thus, there is no clear-cut leader in terms of success. However, three teams—Falcons TTC, Dabang Delhi TTC, and Chennai Lions—are tied with one title and one runners-up finish each.

Falcons TTC, now defunct, won the inaugural season of UTT. In the second season, Dabang Delhi clinched its first title in 2018. Delhi, however, could not defend its title as Chennai Lions emerged victorious in 2019. In the most recent edition held in 2023, Goa Challengers defeated Chennai Lions in the final, marking their first title win.
