In March 2025, a total of 92,10,069 passengers traveled on Metro trains, marking a significant increase from previous months.In comparison, January 2025 recorded 86,99,344 passengers, while February 2025 saw 86,65,803 passengers using Metro services. The highest daily passenger count in March was recorded on March 7, 2025, with 3,45,862 commuters.
To encourage more commuters, CMRL offers a 20% discount on all ticketing options, including Metro Travel Cards, Mobile QR Code tickets (Single, Return, Group Tickets, and QR Trip Passes), WhatsApp, Paytm, PhonePe, and NCMC Cards. Passengers can now conveniently book tickets through the CMRL WhatsApp Ticketing System (+91 83000 86000) and Paytm.
