Prime Minister Narendra Modi held an important meeting on Tuesday with leaders from all parties who took part in India’s global outreach after Operation Sindoor.
The meeting was held at the PM’s residence, 7 Lok Kalyan Marg. Leaders like Congress MP Shashi Tharoor and JD(U)’s Sanjay Jha attended. They were part of delegations that went abroad to explain India’s firm stand against terrorism.
Seven teams, with leaders from both the NDA and the opposition INDIA bloc, visited 33 countries. These included the US, UK, EU nations, Russia, and countries in the Middle East and Africa.
Leaders like BJP’s Ravi Shankar Prasad, DMK’s Kanimozhi, NCP(SP)’s Supriya Sule, and Shiv Sena’s Shrikant Shinde were part of these teams.
PM Modi thanked them for presenting India’s views strongly on the global stage. He said their work showed India’s commitment to peace and its zero-tolerance policy on terrorism.
