The Congress alliance captured 4 corporations, 54 municipalities, 7 district panchayats, 77 block panchayats, and 498 gram panchayats, dealing a major setback to the ruling coalition.
The AIADMK alliance has only BJP so far; PMK faces internal splits, and AIADMK grapples with divisions. This boosts chances of recapturing 2021 INDIA bloc votes, he said.
Like Kerala’s success, the INDIA alliance will win in Tamil Nadu to restore good governance, he asserted, praising Kerala Congress leaders.
