The makers of “VD 14”, now titled “Ranabali”, unveiled a stunning glimpse of the film starring Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna, directed by Rahul Sankrityan under Mythri Movie Makers. The film is set for a worldwide release on September 11, 2026.Set in the 19th century, Ranabali is a period action drama based on real historical events between 1850 and 1900, highlighting India’s suffering under British rule, including droughts, economic exploitation, and massacres. Vijay plays Ranabali, a fierce hero, while Rashmika essays Jayamma. Arnold Vosloo appears as the antagonist Sir Theodore Hector.
