Congress MP Manickam Tagore has criticised the DMK for delaying the formation of a committee to hold alliance discussions with the Congress, saying his party has been waiting for over a month for progress.
Speaking in Madurai, Tagore said the Congress had already constituted its negotiation panel, but the DMK was yet to respond, raising concerns ahead of the upcoming Tamil Nadu Assembly elections. He urged the DMK to take early steps to avoid uncertainty within the alliance, while maintaining that the Congress remains committed to the partnership.
