The campaign comes as a key step for Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) as it ramps up preparations. The Election Commission of India has approved the party’s list of 20 star campaigners, including Vijay, boosting its poll readiness.
According to party sources, Vijay will undertake an intensive campaign covering five constituencies in a single day. He is scheduled to address meetings at MKP Nagar in Perambur at 10 a.m., followed by Kolathur at 1 p.m., Villivakkam at 2 p.m., Anna Nagar at 3 p.m., and Virugambakkam at 4 p.m.
He will commence his journey from his residence in Neelankarai at 9 a.m., interacting with voters en route.
The campaign will also focus on areas such as Kodungaiyur and Moolakadai, where the party is aiming to consolidate support.
An estimated 3,000 people are expected to attend each meeting.
Perambur, from where Vijay is likely to contest, is considered a crucial constituency for TVK.
