Veteran Bollywood actor Pradeep Rawat passed away on Tuesday night at the age of 74. He was widely known for his performances in films like Ghajini, Lagaan, and Sarfarosh.
Rawat gained widespread recognition for playing the antagonist in Ghajini, starring Aamir Khan. Over a career spanning more than four decades, he appeared in over 140 films across Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu cinema.
He also became popular on television for portraying Ashwatthama in the iconic series Mahabharat.
Rawat’s final release was the Telugu film Gaayapadda Simham, while his last major Hindi appearance was in Chhaava (2025).
