After his last release, Mannar Vagaiyara, Vemal has wrapped up Kalavani 2 with Oviya.
He has also completed a film titled Ivanukku Engeyo Macham Irukku.
Said to be a comedy, the film has Ashna Zaveri of Vallavanukku Pullum Aayudham-fame playing the female lead.
The film is co-produced by Kannada actor Sharmiela Mandre and marks her debut as a producer.
The film is directed by A R Mukesh who had directed Sharmiela’s first Kannada film Sajni as well as Tamil films such as Indru Mudhal and Prashanth-starrer Aayudham.
The big news is that the movie has been censored and it managed an ‘A’ certificate. The director says, “The film will have a good share of humour and glamour. The audience can expect a fun entertainer and we are sure that the film will be enjoyed by people across age groups.”
