Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) Tiruchi complex has got a new General Manager (in charge), R Padmanabhan. following the superannuation of Executive Director R Rajamanohar.The BHEL Tiruchi complex comprises the High Pressure Boiler Plant and Seamless Steel Tube Plant in Tiruchi, Power Plant Piping Unit at Tirumayam, Piping Centre in Chennai and the Industrial Valves Plant at Goindwal in Punjab.
Padmanabhan, 57, is a mechanical engineering graduate, who joined BHEL-Tiruchi as an engineer trainee in 1983. He has over 35 years of diverse professional experience both at BHEL’s Tiruchi division and corporate head office in New Delhi.
Prior to this, he was General Manager (in charge), Corporate Quality and Business Excellence, at the Corporate Office in New Delhi, a BHEL press release said.
