DMK minister K Ponmudy on Thursday claimed that Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi had refused to accept the recommendation of Chief Minister MK Stalin to reallocate the portfolios held by V Senthil Balaji to Finance Minister Thangam Thennarasu and Housing Minister S Muthusamy.
