Chief Minister Vijay is scheduled to meet Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu in Vijayawada tomorrow to discuss inter-State water issues, including the supply of Krishna river water to Chennai and proposals relating to the linking of rivers in southern India.
