Chennai: Actor “Power Star” Srinivasan, who was reportedly missing, was back in Chennai last night. He will turn up at Anna Nagar police station with regard to an enquiry.
According to sources, the actor’s wife Julie filed a complaint that Srinivasan was missing for the past few days. She also alleged that she got an anonymous phone calling demanding her properties.
On receiving the complaint, Assistant Commissioner of Anna Nagar Sudhakar and Inspector of Police, Saravanan formed a special team to look for him. Srinivasan has huge debts to repay and police began investigating if he had been kidnapped or in any danger.
Later, the police got information that Srinivasan was in Ooty. He told police that he came to transfer a property to pay some debts. His wife after filing the complaint joined him in Ooty which left the police puzzled.
He returned to Chennai last night. Sources close to him say that he will appear before cops at Anna Nagar police station for an enquiry.
