Actor-director-choreographer Raghava Lawrence will make his debut in Bollywood. He will helm the Hindi remake of his blockbuster Kanchana.
Akshay Kumar will be playing the lead role. Search is on for a senior actor to play Sarathkumar’s role. The shooting will begin in April this year.
Meanwhile, Lawrence finished shoot for Kanchana 3 which will hit screens on 18 April. The movie has Lawrence playing the lead.
Oviya, Vedhika, Nikki Tamboli, Sriman, and Devadarshini are also in the cast. Lawrence is also planning to simultaneously release Kanchana 3 in Telugu as the horror franchise is quite popular in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
